We collect only information needed to register learners, provide access, process payments, communicate support information and maintain learning records. Information may include your name, contact details, SAPC number, selected programme, course progress, assessment results and payment records.
Purpose and consent
Personal information is processed with consent, to fulfil a service agreement, to comply with applicable obligations or for a legitimate operational purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Access is restricted according to role. Paid resources and learner records are checked on the server. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for learning, financial and legal purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where legally permitted, object to certain processing or withdraw consent by contacting EDN Healthcare Solutions.
